That's when a girlfriend told me about findom. Fin-what?! So young, so naive. I thought it sounded too good to be true: guys who wanted to send you money but wanted nothing in return except maybe some degradation, bullying, blackmail or feet pics? That'll be the day.
It wasn't long until I was introduced to Jake* my first paypig. That was a crazy ride; the full story can be found here for those interested. I learned a lot of valuable lessons from that experience, the most important regarding privacy & just how much I felt comfortable sharing of myself in the future. Overall it was a fruitful high paying relationship though, especially for someone my age. But the dramatic & unexpected way it ended caused me to take a step back from findom for a hot minute. (From there I ventured into the world of ABDL Mommying, which is similar in a lot of ways but also quite different. I still do the virtual Mommy gig to this day!)
Since then I've worked with a number of findom subs & pigs from all walks of life: some married, some single. As old as 57 & as young as 24. American, British, Aussie, French, Dutch in every industry/sector you can imagine, from banking/finance to real estate to corporate law... All virtual.
Business picked up dramatically in 2020 during COVID mania & remained strong through most of 2021 before hitting a ceiling and promptly bottoming out in 2022. 2023 was my worst year ever in terms of clients & earnings. Seemed like the return to "normal" was a big step backward for a lot of us virtual/work-from-home peeps. I ended up briefly moving in with my mom at the end of that year. I'd graduated college in May 2022 so it did feel like a step backward, I must admit, but I told myself it was just temporary.
I turned 25 in February of 2024 & landed a couple new clients around that time. The good thing about living with your parents is you can save up money; the downside is the total lack of privacy. Eventually my mom insisted on knowing where my $$$ was coming from, to which I idiotically muttered "Finmtech" with my hand covering my mouth. 🤦🏻♀
"Fin-what?" she shot back. (My thoughts exactly).
"It's an online company. That produces. Content. For people." I vaguely alluded, praying she'd buy it.
"Oh. Well as long as its legal" she mused, walking away.
Close call. I knew I needed to move out for some time but all the low-rent places were full. So I got on every waiting list and waited. And waited. I finally got a humble little place of my own in December '24. I turned 26 in February this year & still live in my quaint 1-br apartment by myself. I currently have 2 ABDL clients & 1 finsub who cover nearly all my rent & bills. I've never met anyone in person or "turned a trick" in my life, nor have I ever been to jail. No pregnancies, STDs, drug ODs, financial debt or irresponsible life choices. Never even had a speeding ticket! I mind my own business and believe in the "live & let live" credo as long as you're not harming anyone else. I just can't see myself getting married, having kids or working a 9-to-5 job. No, what works for one is not right for all. One woman's dream is another Goddess's nightmare...
Today I'm active on Reddit & Twitter and maintain this blog in between draining and punishing my pigs & subs. For anyone looking to get into this line of work, please be advised: it IS work and a full-time job at that. Between building a rep, establishing boundaries and Terms of Service, learning to spot scammers/time wasters & networking with other goddesses/subs, you can easily put in 40 hours per week. But does it beat fast food or retail work? Abso-fucking-lutely. 😘
So that's my findom story in a nutshell. Love to hear yours!
